Occasionally, items do go missing in the post. This is completely out of our hands and we ask you contact the postal provider during the event of this, and contact us if you need further assistance.
If you are ordering from abroad we ask you check on your end if you will be charged a custom fee as this is something we do not control nor reimburse.
As all our items are made to order we do not offer refunds. Instead, we are happy to swap for something else on the shop or offer you store credit. Due to this we ask you always check your measurements before ordering to make sure you select the correct size.
If you wish to cancel your order this is free 24 hours after purchase, after of which you will be charged a 20% processing fee and the rest refunded.
Due to the nature of our small business, if you wish to return or exchange we do not pay for the return postage or the re-posting fees. This will need to be paid before we can resend out your item.
