Occasionally, items do go missing in the post. This is completely out of our hands and we ask you contact the postal provider during the event of this. If you are ordering from abroad we ask you check on your end if you will be charged a custom fee as this is something we do not control nor reimburse.
As all our items are made to order we do not offer refunds. Instead, we are happy to swap for something else on the shop or offer you store credit. Due to this we ask you always check your measurements before ordering to make sure you select the correct size.
If you wish to cancel your order this is fine 24 hours after purchase, after of which you will be charged a 20% processing fee and the rest refunded.
