'Ready to Ship' items ship within 1-3 days. 

Handmade items may take up to 14 working days to be made and dispatched. Please note that if ordering ready-to-ship and handmade items, they will ship all together when the handmade items are ready.

We are unable to cancel orders after 24 hours have passed.

If you need to alter or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours, then we may be able to assist you if your email has been received at hello@thechaindesigns.co.uk, quoting your order number and name.

Unless ordering from the 'Made in England' range, your order will be shipped within 3 days of purchasing. Items from the 'Made in England' range take up to two weeks as they are made to order. If you require rush shipping, there is an additional fee. Please email: hello@thechaindesigns.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you.

This excludes any delays or time spent at local customs

All customers outside of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland may be subject to import tax.

It is the consumer's responsibility to pay upon arrival in the destination country.

For import estimated costs, we recommend you check with your local authorities, as we do not pay or reimburse these costs.
